The best hour for your visit is about 6PM I suppose. The salmon was tasteless, but the matcha ice was ok and served with fruits.

We have already been to Hiro in Erlangen as well as Forchheim and the one in Fürth also offers the same experience, when it comes to the food. Make sure you book your table on time, since this restaurant is well known and busy. it all starts the waitress ( i guess a student) is flushing all of us with coke and there was not really any excuse. Ich denke auch nicht dass dies der Anspruch ist auf das dieses Lokal abzielt.

The staff were very helpful and friendly and the food was spot on.

A remarkable thing is that you can watch the chefs work in their open air...I eat here when on business in Forchheim. Unclaimed.
